It is this …. that in spite of lowering interest rates, a stable economy and good employment prospects, hundreds of books, programs and courses, many people, if not most people were still under some kind of financial stress.

This was the start of the vision that became Qwest Money Management Systems and ultimately led to the development of the highly successful MAP Program.
